15 Вер Confidentiality Agreement School Volunteers
No member of the university`s staff, volunteer or holder may have access to promotion information or attempt to access promotion information unless he or she has signed a confidentiality agreement. University staff and volunteers shall sign an agreement as described in Annex A to this directive. The confidentiality obligations of independent contractors may be set out in a service agreement or independent confidentiality agreement, provided that the terms of this agreement are approved by the Vice President of Promotion and the Academic Advisor. University staff, volunteers or contractors who have access to supporting information may not use this information for their own benefit or for the benefit of third parties. This directive applies to staff, volunteers and independent contractors who provide services for or on behalf of Advancement University. This directive is intended to complement the university`s existing guidelines and procedures for confidential information, including, but not limited to, the university`s data security directive. 3. Access to ascension information. Access to support information is limited to employees, volunteers or independent contractors of Advancement University who require such access to provide services for or on behalf of the university.
Access to information is limited to what is necessary to provide services to the university or on behalf of the university. 6. Media/General Issues. All media inquiries and other requests of a general nature should be directed to the Assistant Vice-President for Academic Communications. University staff, volunteers or contractors should not respond to such requests without the permission of the Assistant Vice-President for Academic Communications. In addition, all press releases, publications or other official statements must be approved in advance by the Assistant Vice-President for Academic Communications. University employees, volunteers or contractors who have access to supporting information should take all appropriate measures to ensure the confidentiality of such information, for example by blocking desks, filing cabinets or drawers, not sharing user IDs or passwords, and not discussing information about progress in the presence of third parties or unauthorized personnel. . . .
